These terms cover the website only. Recruitment services are provided under a separate agreement — our terms of business for clients, and our candidate registration terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or not yours to submit
• Upload any file containing malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or its data
• Extract or harvest data from the site by automated means

When you submit a CV or an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. If you submit information about another person, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

Submitting a CV does not create any obligation on us to find you work, to put you forward for any particular role, or to respond to every submission. Likewise, submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement to provide recruitment services; any such engagement is governed by our separate terms of business.

We take care to keep the content of this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice on which you should rely without speaking to us directly.
